The best way to do so is with a varied breakfast: some cereal, some milk and some juice. The main reason why I encourage you to have breakfast is because if you don't, you'll alter the order of time and space and everything will be chaos! No, seriously, jokes aside. If you don't have breakfast everything will be, infact, chaos: you'll be hungry earlier so you either have lunch earlier than you normally would or you start snacking. If done correctly, this is not harmful at all but, since you didn't have breakfast, your snack will be a substitute of it and it will be much larger than it should. Anyway, this is all too complicated. Just have breakfast, okay?
Starting with my juice (I got this super cute lingery mug at Harrods about 3 years ago), it's an all natural 100% orange juice I made with my own hands. I like to have some fruit in the morning and as a snack in the afternoon because it's much better to eat fruits separated from the main meals. Apparently, the natural sugars found in fruit have a different digestion speed than the rest of the food, so it digests much better if you have it separately.
As for cereal, here I usually combine 2 different types: classic Special K (with no fruits or chocolate or anything) and a combo of eco flakes that include wheat flakes, unmalted corn flakes, rye flakes and barley flakes. All ecologically cultivated. In my family we've always used semi-skimmed milk since it's less fattening than whole milk but still has more properties than skimmed milk.
Those are all my tips, tricks and personal recomendations for a nice breakfast. I hope you found it helpful.
Don't worry if you do it differently, this is only my oppinion and my suggestions, you don't necessarily have to follow them if you're happy with your own routine.
