Since i'm goinng to be away from a couple weeks I thought I might show you what makeup I'll be taking with me
Anyway, I know many people wouldn't have chosen this bag because it's not really compact. But don't worry, I'm not that stupid. It has two big pockets separated with a middle smaller one. I filled one of the side pockets with makeup, the other one with toiletries and the middle one with the few pieces of jewelery I'll be using.
Let's go ahead and dive into my makeup pocket, shall we
I know I shouldn't have packed this many brushes (to be honest I could do all my makeup with my fingers if I wanted to) but I like to do things properly. I only packed the basic stuff, really: a buffing brush, a powder brush, a flat shader brush, two more round ones for blending, a small and a big angled brush and a tiny round brush. So, obviously those aren't all my brushes.
As to lipsticks I'm probably not going to use them all but you know what they say, better be safe than sorry. I mostly packed autumn-ish colors to get the mood going lol
From left to right MAC in Please Me and Russian Red (both are matte) , Nars velvet lip crayon (I think that's what they're called) in Dragon Girl and Kate Moss for Rimmel in 107
Every single eyeshadow I need is in this pallette. Sleek's au naturel pallette and my good old Bobbi Brown Long-Wear Creme Shadow in Shore are the only things I need. This pallette has an amazing range of lovely colors plus a variety of textures, sparkliness and shades that I just adore. The shadows are super pigmented and you can create almost every look you can think of
I'm the laziest person on earth when it comes to foundation etc. So I think concealer and powder will be just fine. Just in case I hadn't talked about these enough the powder is Rimmel's Stay Matte Powder, as I guess you read in the pic, and the concealer is Maybelline's Fit Me Concealer.
Again, there was no need at all to pack more than one mascara. I know I just packed tree (I just realised I left one out of the picture) but I'm probably going to buy loads of them in England so...
I'll do a review on all of them soon so I guess I'll save the comments for later on

Finally I packed the nail polish that's currently on my nails just in case I need to touch it up, which I probably will because I highly doubt it's going to last perfectly put for two full weeks (even though it's pretty long lasting)
I did a review on it not long ago, click here to check it out.
Anyway, that's all I'm taking (plus my shitty eyelash curler from H&M)
I'll be taking tons of pictures while I'm away, so my next post will probably be a photo diary of my stay :)
See you guys in 2 weeks
